Dizpersion Technologies is a fully owned subsidiary of Dizpersion Corporation. Dizpersion Corporation was founded as an intellectual property (IP) based company to explore emerging technologies, and Dizpersion Technologies was established as an operating company to pursue business models associated with the developing IP portfolio. Dizpersion Corporation was founded in 2001, and since then has made numerous patent filings in the areas of geographically targeted marketing, online political campaign marketing, and XML/RSS-based technologies.
Dizpersion Corporation, Dizpersion Technologies and subsidiary companies continue to operate in close partnership with Cardinal Law Group to further develop the IP portfolio.

Ka Wai Cheung - User Experience Architect
As a technology company, Dizpersion is lead by one of the most technically experienced and highly creative minds – Ka Wai Cheung. Cheung leads the software development, technology interface and end-user experience for Dizpersion products. He brings an arsenal of advanced programming, software development and methodology expertise to the team. Outside of work Cheung is currently co-authoring Flash Design Solutions: The Flash Usability Handbook.
With more than 5 years of experience, Cheung has developed innovative architectures several client projects as well as led their implementation. Cheung graduated Cum Laude from Northwestern University three bachelor degrees including computer & information systems, mathematics and integrated science.
