Dizpersion Corporation was founded as an intellectual property (IP) based company to explore emerging technologies, and Dizpersion Technologies was established as an operating company to pursue business models associated with the developing IP portfolio. Dizpersion Corporation was founded in 2001, and since then has made numerous patent filings in the areas of geographically targeted marketing, online political campaign marketing, and XML/RSS-based technologies.
